All products purchased through P.R.M.I.T are covered by my 7 day return guarantee policy.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (unopened). Please return your item in it's original unused condition back to us. Your must return the item within 7 days from the day you receive your goods.

1. Please email with a reason of return and to request a refund.

3. Include in your name, address, receipt and tracking no.

All you pay for is the return postage (preferably via recorded/tracked delivery) of the goods.


We do our very best to pack all orders securely but unfortunately sometimes accidents can occur from time to time during delivery in transit. Please contact us immediately if this is the case and we will rectify the problem as soon as we can.

If you have returned an item for exchange which has been unopened, you may swap for any product with the equivalent price. You will not be subject to a restocking fee but you still will have to pay for the return shipping and addition shipping for the exchange. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, by email.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time (up to 7 business days) before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift card for the value of your return (not including shipping fee). Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.

We use the following couriers to deliver our orders:
