For returns, Customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the returned/exchanged product. Unless otherwise stated, specials, promotions or any products that are purchased using an incentive or coupon code are final sale and not eligible for returns.

Shipping costs are non-refundable and cannot be credited.

ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED?

We aim to get it right the first time, which is why each product goes through a rigorous quality control process. If you feel you have received a defective product upon delivery, please email Info@prmitbeauty.com with your order number and a clear photo of the defective merchandise within 24 hours of receiving your package so we can make this right.
